Position: Foundation Advancement Manager

Location: Cashmere High School, Christchurch

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Start: December 2024 or negotiable.

Cashmere High School is seeking a dynamic and passionate Foundation Advancement Manager to lead and grow our alumni and fundraising initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building a connected and engaged alumni community, developing strategic fundraising programs, and managing key events that enrich the school’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Foundation team.

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to strengthen alumni engagement.

- Oversee fundraising and income generation programs to meet targets.

- Manage an approved budget with the Principal and Executive Officer.

- Coordinate key alumni engagement events and enhance communications.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- High level of trustworthiness, integrity, and communication skills.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and manage budgets effectively.

- A passion for building lasting relationships with alumni and stakeholders.
