Attendance Engagement Mentor

We are seeking a proactive, compassionate, and highly organised individual to join our dedicated team as an Attendance Engagement Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our students' success by improving our chronic, irregular, and moderate attendance rates.

- This position is for 15 hours per week term time only. Days and hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

- This position is fixed-term for two academic years beginning on 28th January 2026.

- Meet the requirements of the Children’s Act 2014 (police vetting required).

- Hold a full, clean, and current NZ Driver Licence.

This position is covered by the Support Staff in Schools Collective agreement (SSCA), Grade B-C. Commencing pay is dependent on qualifications and previous experience.
