Arts Coordinator
Join Our Team as an Arts Coordinator at Cashmere High School!
Hours: 20 hours per week during term time (flexibility required for events)Reports to: Head of Faculty (HOF) Performing and Creative Arts
About the Role:Support and enhance the Creative and Performing Arts at Cashmere High School. Work with faculty, students, and the community to ensure smooth events and projects, fostering partnerships to strengthen our arts culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Support: Assist in organising and managing arts events, providing technical support.
- Liaison: Coordinate with staff, students, and the community on event plans and marketing.
- Project Collaboration: Work on school projects and support outreach programs.
- Student Engagement: Facilitate the Student Arts Council and Visiting Artist Programme.
- Administration: Manage arts events calendar, social media, and faculty resources.
About You:

- Organised: Efficiently manage tasks and projects.
- Collaborative: Build positive relationships.
- Flexible: Adapt to changing circumstances.
Exeperience:
- Experience in event coordination or related field.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
